We at Fight the War Within Foundation pride ourselves on diversifying out events and initiatives, so that we can support as many people as possible who are struggling with mental illness and thoughts of suicide.

Come out for a day on the water at our annual Wild Paddle – this time by the light of the full moon! We will have a set number of kayaks and canoes available to those who don’t have one, or you can bring your own. Snacks will also be provided.

Local veterans and families – join us at veteran-owned coffee shop Tosa Coffee Company in Richmond Hill, every 3rd Saturday, for snacks, camaraderie, and of course coffee!
